| mark jones | Would give a ZERO if I could due to poor attitudes....Shopped on their website for a washer / dryer. Had a set on their site for 399 each piece. I called and asked if they had free local delivery and was told yes. I asked if it was free delivery no matter the price of the appliance and again was told yes. I went to the store to purchase a set and was told by the sales woman that they were 449 each delivered, 399 if you took them yourself. I explained that it was 399 on their website, nothing about delivery mentioned and that I had called earlier about the delivery. No apology, just again told me each piece was 50 more if I wanted it delivered, didn't want to have me as a customer and let me walk out. I try to keep my money away from big box stores, but with attitudes like this from local merchants, there is a reason people stay away from local merchants. |
