I am very pleased with the product, but the in stall like a lots to be desired. When drilling the holes for pipes looks like they just knocked them out and missed the mark the first time and had to drill again leaving a hole sealed with silicone, very unprofessional install. When quoting said wiring and gas line would be run in conduit and drop to floor and then up this did not happen. They took the cheep way out on the install, when you are spending the kind of money these units cost you expect a neat and professional job.

After saving up 3500 dollars to buy a insert and taking off work to have it installed it looks awesome sitting in the wall.when it comes time to use it the smoke really blows in the house instead of out of the chimney.love hearing every smoke detector in the house go off at 1 am in the morning waking up your wife,dog,and two children who have to go to school early and two adults who have to go to work and worry about if their house is going to burn down. My money was gladly accepted but don't worry we will try to look at it in three weeks or so. Meanwhile our house smells like a burnpile and no fire place to keep us warm. Wish I would have researched this place a little better before being bled of my money and possibly losing my new house
