They sent out another company to pump the septic which later found out it was their son Terry Gardner, he was very rude when I asked questions as if he did not want to get too much information out on why I was dealing with two different companies. His Company was G's Septic not John Gardner septic, which is who I set up to do the service to begin with! Not sure if they are avoiding some type of state fee or the IRS fees. Save yourselves the hassle because when you finally get them to answer the phone by a rude almost confused woman about a time they will be out to pump, you are still not sure what company you will be dealing with. Somethings not right with them. |
