| Megan Bottoms | I have used the 3 times and my mom uses them all the time. 1st My dryer stopped working. The older gentleman came out and fixed it no problem! Had the piece on hand!. 2nd fridge wasn't cooling properly 50. Again the older man came out and withing 10 minutes he pulled out a candy wrapper from around the fan done by previous tenant all done! 3rd my dryer stopped again 1.5 years apart from last visit for dryer. I thought it was the button again nope! He come in and starts my dryer. I couldn't believe it 3 seconds in my house lol. He told me it was the sensor for the door that got old and broke off that didn't allow it to work. He fixed it no problem! My life was saved. They are awesome! |
| Ehab Salem | Whirlpool placed a service call last week with Brooks Appliance to repair our refrigerator today between the hours of 8am -4pm. We get a call today from Brooks to inform us that a part is on backorder. Clearly, attention to detail was amiss and no one is coming out today. It is Unprofessional to be told on the day of the service call the part is unavailable. |
