But this time, they did more than the contracted work on the ticket, did not call me, did not have the shoes ready in two weeks !- I had to call them- and, when I picked them up, informed me I owed them double the money because they had put on full soles half soles was the agreed-upon repair. The owner was present, was adamant that I owed the additional money who would ok 100 to repair old tennis shoes??, would not negotiate it was their fault they did the extra, unagreed-upon work, and was offended that I was offended. My husband & I have used them several times and the work is fine. But this is poor business practice and they've lost two customers. And hopefully others for their inability to compromise on their error. |
