They spent longer taking the cover off than they did diagnosing the issue as a total loss. We had Hometown HVAC 1 come out for a second opinion, and he walked us through the entire process - showing us why the unit was malfunctioning and what he could/could not replace. In the end, we decided it would be better to replace the entire unit rather than make repairs, but Hometown HVAC 1's price significantly beat the other guys. I really appreciate how quickly Matt and his team replaced our HVAC, and how they talked me though each step. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call. |
