I'd heard good things and uses them in the past, so naturally I called them first. A man was supposed to be calling us back. we waited 3 hours and after no call, we called back. a nice lady answered the phone and say the guy who does towing was on the truck today and he would call us back soon. Would have been good info to have so we were sitting around waiting, but still we waited for the call. Here it is, the next day, and we never heard from them. Not once. Fortunately another company was available and is on their way already and gave us a call. I will never use Young's for any service of any kind from now on. What's the point if they can't even give me a call back? |
