| D S | Over the last 3 years I have made 2 purchases from this store, both times I was asked if I wanted to pay an extra 50 for installation and I said yes. The first time my refrigerator came and the installation people said they could not install it because they did not have the proper equipment - my refrigerator was no more than four and a half feet along the same wall from my kitchen sink. The second time my washer and dryer came and they said they could not install it because it was located upstairs and the company did not want to be responsible for any flooding issues that might arise. If you shop at this outlet store and your salesperson does not ask you additional information about the location of your appliances in relation to your installation do not bother with paying the money because most likely they'll show up and they won't install it and then you'll be left having to fight to get your money back. |
