Paid 99 for them to come out to see what is wrong with my washer because it would stop through the wash and a code would pop up. The first person that came out said it was because of our laundry detergent. I thought that was weird for the reason why it stopped through the wash so I change to the pods. Of course it still happened. The person came out to look at it and said it was the detergent and to use the pods and I said we do.... then he said we need to raise our washer and to get the sliders. So we did and guess what we still have the same program. I will never buy anything from Sears again.

When I first called I explained the problem that I woke up to that my refrigerator did not feel cold and I would like someone to come out. He proceeds to ask my information which I had to repeat several times because he did seem to understand and then he asks me why am I calling. I again explain that my FEFRIGERATOR feels warm I don't think it's working properly. He tells me the next available appointment is 8 days from now. I tried to explain again and asked if I could speak to someone else. He put me on hold when he came back he said there was no one else. He kept talking over me trying to get me to make the appointment. I had to hang up from aggravation.

My repair was on time, done professionally and with friendliness. The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained how to avid future issues.

Our dishwasher went out and so we made an appt with Sears to fix it. The technician was very nice and figured out that it was a fuse, but he didn't have one on his truck. This had to be ordered only 37, but this was racking up another service call visit. At the end of the day, it was 300 to fix this issue!!! It's just downright wrong to charge that much to change a fuse. I appreciate the tech, but will NEVER recommend Sears to any of my friends!

The tech who repaired our Kenmore was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. BUT, Sears as a company dropped the ball by not scheduling an appt. to repair until 2 weeks after the tech was here. TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH SEARS SERVICE or lack thereof.
