However, our attempts to get it taken care of was where the problems began. Ignored phone calls, lack of follow ups and general incompetence helping us get the problem solved. Finally, our builder had to call and all of a sudden it's getting taken care of whereas for the past several weeks they couldn't even give us direction on what to do. Hopefully, it is a great product, but from our experience we are very disappointed and can not recommend their services. |
