Had an issue that needed rework. As soon as the item was identified to Midwest they quickly came out to fix the installation issue basically next business day - I called at closing time on Monday and they were out on Wednesday. Would have rated 5-stars if follow up was not needed. Fully intend on using Midwest for ongoing maintenance check-ups. |
