At the last minute we were seeking an oven for our Grandparents and they were extremely helpful and ended up giving us a beautiful convection version from their scratch and dent area for a discounted rate. Installation day rolls around and it ends up being too small for the cutout that my Grandparents have. I was in complete panic, but they had a bigger size and went and grabbed that and installed it beautifully for them. My grandma was in tears sending me pictures of the new oven.
