| Shaun Tate | What a joke. If I could have given 0 stars or negative stars I would have. I contacted him, left a voice Mail then a texts. Talked with him on Thursday told him the issue said he was going to order parts for my washing machine and let me know by Friday when parts came in. Finally got a hold of him on Monday asking about parts and when he was going to show up, by the way he would not answer his phone but only communicate through text. He had no idea what was going on couldn't tell me if he ordered the parts or not and then he gave me some bs excuse. I called and canceled two other companies cause he was quickest to be able to do something. Now here I sit with a broken washer a week later and still not any closer to getting it fixed because of this garbage company and their piss poor customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! |
