The Owner Mike Sneed has the worst customer service skills ever and will even blame the customer for his employees mishaps. I ordered a dishwasher from Sears Outlet and they were contracted to be the service provider. I have set up now two appointments to recieve my dishwasher and still to this date do not have the item i purchased. The last time i was on the phone with the driver chris he told me my dishwasher was on the back of his truck and it would be back at seara in 30 mins to an hour. The only thing the owner said was i can schedule a new time to come out. If possible ask sears for a another contractor if they say sneed is delivering your product. |
