Very personable, He explained what the problem was and took the time to show us the issue and explained what was happening. He said they would bring us a new unit the very next day. Early the next day Steven, Chris and Tyler were here with the new unit and took care to not get anything on our floors or leave any mess. They were so good explaining to us how the unit works and about our warranty. These men were good examples of what customer service is all about.
