| Mark Learningtoplay | STAY AWAY from these jokers!, Has had my washer for going on 3 months, has said it was fixed, and would be delivered Tuesday, then Wednesday then today, and of course still didn't arrive. Has our number says they will call, never once have they called, we have stopped by there numerous times and get the same run around. Told them today we wanted to see our washer and the guy said sure it is right back here, but couldn't find it. Big suprise. You have been warned! |
| Joe Wood | Bought a washer and dryer “new” in November. Washer was broken the day they installed it and they replaced it with another broken washer. The “new” washer we bought had a “1 year warranty” and after working on the washer for 2 months they finally returned it STILL BROKEN. Refuse to refund or honor warranty. Bought in November. It's now February and we still have a broken washing machine. 50 phone calls later I have to file a legal complaint. There is bad business, and then there is just flat out bad people who have no morals and refuse to put themselves in your shoes, but don't mind taking peoples hard earned money in exchange for junk. |
