Great service if they're not too busy!

I have had this company sent to do repairs at the home I rent several times. I have had several issues with there ability to be on time or respectfully while they were here. They have had to come back multiple times to fix the same things. Most recently they were sent out to look at our cooktop that we reported to having issues. The owner came out for about all of two minutes and said it was fine, he told our landlord that he showed me several different things and that he did a complete look clearly could not have done so in the short time he was here. About two weeks later, from what we and the fire department can tell the cooktop wiring was the cause of our small kitchen fire. Today the owner of Eldridge came to our home unannounced while we were eating dinner insisting we must let him in to see the damage. The landlord had not given him permission or let us know of the visit and so we refused until we talked to the landlord. He immediately asked if I left something on the stove and referenced that he was the electrician. Clearly insinuating that the fire was our fault and not his responsibility since he did such a thorough check of it in two minutes. He was very unprofessional, disrespectful trying to say we had to let him in our home and honestly a bit threatening to my family freaking out my 4 year old having a man arguing at our door to come inside. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
