| lauren evans | Absolutely horrible! They set an appointment with a window of 1 pm to 5 pm. The expectation was that they would reach out thirty minutes before arrival. No one called until a little before 6 pm to let us know that they wouldn't arrive until after 8 pm. The technician told us that we would be pushed back. He stated the other option was to be seen late in the afternoon the next day. We didn't understand if we were having to be pushed back why were the appointments for the next morning not being pushed back also to complete our appointment that should have been completed originally. We were scheduled just like everyone else. He told us that's just the way it is. We will NOT be using this company at all. The nonchalance and unprofessionalism is totally absurd! |
