Appliance Repair by Fuller’s Appliance in Louisa, Virginia

I have all LG appliances and have had or am having trouble with each one of them! I do not recommend LG for anything BUT if you already have them Fuller's is the place to call! They come way out of their area to service my needs which I appreciate because they are the only “authorized” repair service anywhere near me. The repairman was excellent, efficient and very nice! The office staff is also excellent. I highly recommend FULLER'S!!!!!

Fuller's appliance repair has come to my house to repair my Samsung icemaker three times in the past 6 months and each time the problem returned. The icemaker chokes up with ice and frost see picture and stops working. Now, to attempt a fourth repair, they want me to pay for ANOTHER service call. Really? What will Fuller do this time that it was incapable of doing on the last three visits? No thank you, I'll try another repair shop which is what YOU should do before wasting your time and money with Fuller's.

I needed to have a recall repair completed on my dishwasher, and based on these reviews I was hesitant to call Fuller's. However, they were very professional, ordered the part and called me when it arrived to schedule an appointment, and then called me that morning to let me know when the technician would arrive. The technician showed up exactly when promised and got the repair done quickly and efficiently - he was very knowledgeable and offered some additional tips related to the appliance maintenance. Thank you Fuller's for the great service!
