When our RV dealers service center broke our pin box while under warranty, we tried to work through them Happy Days to get it fixed. They pushed it off to Happy Days who gave all kinds of excuses that they were communicating with Grand Design and so it went on for monthsnothing being done, no matter how many times we called. Finally we just decided to pay for it ourselves. Idle Wheels went the extra mile of working with Grand Design to get a new pin box replaced on warranty, even though the warranty was expired at that point. I will never take my RV anywhere else. Very reasonably priced labor as well. Job well done guys!!! |
