| Dylan Moriarty | This post is being written under my son's name. My name is Dan. Recently my wife an I were coming home from a snowmobile trip in Canada. I was hauling two sleds on an open trailer. Somewhere around mile marker 94 my right wheel broke off the whole wheel up to the axle. I was basically screwed. I called AAA but they alerted me they do not help you if you are hauling a trailer. They did give me the name of Moonlight Auto. I spoke with Tom and he assured me he would be able to rescue us from the highway. He would be sending Dennis with a flatbed truck. Dennis arrived in less than 20 minutes. Somehow he was able to load my trailer and two sleds on a flat bed quite the ordeal! We followed Dennis to their shop. We began talking about how to remedy this mess. My axle was totaled. I inquired about references to anyone who sold trailers. Dennis stated he had a clamshell trailer he would sell me if I wanted to purchase the trailer. Since a repair of my trailer would cost more than the trailer's worth. I took him up on the offer. He assured me the trailer was in great condition. I made plans to come back to Fairlee, VT on Saturday to look at the trailer. I felt I was in a bind because I had to leave my sleds and travel back to MA. On Saturday I met with Tom. He took care of everything. He showed me the trailer and the basics behind the operation of this type of trailer. To shorten this narrative. I was an am extremely pleased with the assistance of Moonlight Auto, the trailer I purchased and the friendliness they showed me when I was clearly in a bind. I absolutely recommend Moonlight Auto and the owners Tom and Dennis. Thanks again. |
