Bobby for the win. I had an ongoing problem with my Fisher Paykel induction range. First the LED display wasn't displaying properly, once that was fixed a burner was not working, once that was fixed the LED display was not working properly again, finally on the fourth attempt it's fully functional again. Bobby was the service tech on all four occasions and was very knowledgeable, prompt, and worked quickly. He even did some investigative homework on the range before coming out the last time. His expertise and professionalism was appreciated. The scheduling of appointments was a pleasant experience too. Thank you.

Bobby came today to look at our wall oven that wasn't heating up to the desired temperature and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us our options as it was an older oven and the part was no longer in stock anywhere. Very professional and definitely will call again when we need to have an appliance repaired in our home. Was impressed with the customer service both when we scheduled the appointment as well as with Bobby when he arrived today.
