| Levette88 | My mom and I were looking for a washer and dryer for my new home. When we walked in the store, the worker was sitting on a couch, he didn't acknowledge my mom or I, not even a hello. So as we are looking around, still no acknowledgement from the clerk. Finally my mom had to say something to the guy just to get him to give us any kind of service. I gave this place a 3 star because initially I bought a bent and dent washer and dryer from the back. When I was able to get the keys to my house I saw that the washer and dryer I had was not going to fit. It was scheduled to be delivered that day, so I called the store to see if I could switch it out to a brand new stackable washer and dryer and I was able to, although I had to put a lot more money down. They were still able to deliver it on the same day which was good! I would just say they guy that works there needs an attitude adjustment quick. |
