Appliance Repair by Appliance Man in Port Deposit, Maryland

This is an awful business. I have been trying for months to get an appliance repaired. They came and took the initial 100+ to diagnose the problem. they were going to order a part and call me back. Took over a month and no call back. I called and was told they tried and no one picked up. They schedule a visit to come out and install the part. cancelled the morning of. They said they would call back the next day to reschedule.....I called back a week later and left a message.....I called again, they made an appointment for the next day from 10-2......I was home and a no show. I am all for supporting a local business, but I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They do not want to do the work.

Absolutely the worst business around. Do not let this guy come to your house. They take your money and never come back when the part is in. I had two appointments and both of them, he never showed up. No call or anything. We are calling the police on them tomorrow. They are obviously stealing people's money.
