| Cheryl DeMenezes | Approximately 10 years ago, based on good reviews and word of mouth, I chose RB Queern to replace my furnace and hot water tank. Three years ago I had to replace the water tank due to leaking. Last week I replaced the leaking hot water tank for the second time. In the past three years I have spent nearly 2000 on "parts and labor" to replace a defective product recommended by this company. Then I find out that they do not use the product anymore and only replace the ones under warranty. Also I was 12 days without hot water while waiting for the warranty to be confirmed before installation. |
| John Shea | I have been a customer for 10+ years. In 2017 RBQ replaced the boiler in a rental unit and did a great job. This year the boiler in my house needed to be replaced. Both boilers were 30+ years old. They finished that job yesterday 12/19. The 3 workers did a nice job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Everything was as Ron B had discussed, no surprises. Chelsea checked in that evening to verify that I was pleased with the work. The experience was very professional. |
