| Michael Solyn | I have used Osterhoudt for years and have always thought they were quick, kind, and professional. Sadly it's really gone down hill. About a month ago I asked if they would replace an evaporator in our walkin. They kept telling me it was lukes job to quote these but he never got back to me. Over and over again I would call but no luke, finally my wife called one morning and spoke to luke who said he never heard about this and assured her he would call back later that day. Never happened. After weeks I called them to ask if they would just replace with a new one I purchased they told me they didn't have enough time and were too busy. Well if you don't have the time to fix a repeat customers refridgerator or even get back to them... I guess good luck? It's sad I really liked our tech Henry... wish he would have looked out for us. |
