When I went to pick up my bag today it was NOT done how I explained and there was also tons of glue left all over it. Plus it was cut and sewn crooked. It's ruined and has zero resale value on a pretty hard to find bag. And I'm stuck with this now. It cannot even be fixed. When I brought up that it wasn't how I explained I was just stared at.
