Thank you Passion Service Pro for your willingness to come this far to install my new microwave. My experience with this company could not have been better. After being contacted by my home warranty company, they immediately called me to set up the appointment. I am sorry I don't know the name of the lady I spoke with because she was very helpful and understanding. Three work days later Leonard pulled into my driveway on time and ready to work. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. I especially want to thank him for taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had to call my warranty company to get another service repair company to fix my microwave because the original company was garbage. Passion Service Pro was the replacement company that came out. So glad to get connected with this company, I will always request them in the future. Leonard and whomever the other person was with him were very friendly, listened to our concerns, made us feel like they valued our business!!! Repair hasn't been completed, part had to be ordered but they will definitely be my go to company for appliance repair and plumbing.

I am pretty confident these reviews are fake. Having done extensive research on this company, I would advise against using them. As the contracted company for a homeowner's insurance repair, their negligence resulted in THOUSANDS of dollars in water damage. When not even pay ing for the damage, they won't even pay the deductible. Take note- you must sign away their obligation to be responsible ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AT ALL- or they will not work do the job. I am nearly 50 and have never heard of anything like this with a company. Stay FAR away from them and be mindful of fake reviews or incentives provided to write positive reviews.
