I cannot thank everyone at Conway A/C enough! We had another company give us the run around on our upstairs unit, pretty much telling us there was nothing they could do. I called Monday to see if someone from Conway A/C could come give us a second opinion. Abby was SO polite and helpful on the phone and had Brad come out within hours! Brad was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. He was honest and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me stuff. He sent out Andrew again within the same day!!! to get a quote on a new system. Andrew made it so easy and answered all my questions. He was able to get us financing which was a breeze and today Wednesday our unit was installed!!!! All the guys today were so professional and patient with our kids/dogs. We are so thankful to find a company we trust and went above and beyond in this whole experience!!!! Thank you isn't enough!

These people are so amazing and from what I hear the Owner is great to his employees and I love to hear that. If you have good people treat them right and the return is unbelievable. So glad we signed with them for our needs. Terrific company. Also Brad Hicks is definitely an asset to the company.
