When one finally appears with a Bluetooth in her ear, she ignores me standing at the counter and addressing her and starts talking about her car keys tthe Bluetooth I assume. I walk away disgusted. Then a second employee appears and I turn back and to ask if anyone is working today. He rudely snaps back at me "I asked you what you want"! After an unpleasant and awkward transaction, I go to the warehouse for my lumber, and SURPRISE... nobody is there. Often, I've had to search for the employees and pressure them to help. The three star is only because I usually get what I need and occasionally get good service. But, it's pretty common to have to search for employees. |
