| Tracy Woods | My mother in law had issues with her 2 year old dryer , the heating element went out, she called Howie voigt. The first guy didn't get it right and the heating element went out the 2nd time. Finally the other guy that came changed it and it finally works! It took them 2 weeks to get it right! She paid over 450 for a new heating element. Come on!!I'm sure for service yes but that's rediculous..! |
| NA Smith | Delivery was way off of schedule. First time we call them because they're late, they say that nobody answered the phone when they called us. Phones have records nowadays, and it was clear we were never called. First time we called them, we were told the crew was just running late. Second time we called, they told us that they were just too behind schedule to deliver it by the end of the day. We were scheduled for 1-3 PM. Then I'm told "we can't guarantee you a time tomorrow". Absolutely unacceptable. I've now lost time at work for not 1 but 2 days now just to get this delivery. They were never proactive in telling us when it would be delivered, we always had to call. Worst service ever. Go somewhere else |
