Thomas Bradshaw | I would not recommend this place to anyone. They came to my house twice now and made our washer worse. They don't take responsibility for their service. Service doesn't pick up and the receptionist is incredibly rude. They refuse to come out any other day but Wednesday and they act like they are doing you a favor for it too. I was told I have to call the manufacturer if I can't be there on Wednesday. The worst part is it's warranty! Worst customer customer service I've experienced |
