| Brittany N | If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD..So I contacted this contractor to get a quote for my flood damaged home. We set up a time for him to come to my house at 6pm. I understand with the overwhelming need of contractors in our area right now it's hard for contractors to fit everyone in in a timely manner. But, I texted him at 5:30pm to make sure we are still on schedule for 6pm. He calls me and wants to reschedule it for 6:30pm. I couldn't do that, I told him I was getting multiple quotes from multiple contractors and I had another contractor coming at 7pm. There is no way he could have looked through the house and wrote up a quote in 30 minutes!! That's why i wanted to reschedule I didnt want to waste his time or mine, I asked him if we could reschedule for the next day...he flat out said "no go ahead and use the contractor you have coming at 7"....I tried to explain to him I haven't hired anyone yet, I'm JUST getting quotes from multiple contractors as anyone else would do...he said he wouldn't come give me a quote. Apparently he doesn't want to make money, we have been living in a camper since the storm and all I want is my house fixed! This company is a joke! I dont know the guys name I spoke to, I wish I would have gotten his name. I've NEVER had such a bad experience with a contractor in my life! I'm blown away! |
