Home warranty hasn't heard from them and tried to contact Euro Appliance with no success. I left messages and still have not heard from them. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars. |
| Joellen McCroskey | NO STARS _ MOCKERY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE _ They offer no service. Technician comes out looks at fridge after 45 minutes says someone will contact me for install. After 2 days I have to call Sears who states the part was ordered. I then had to call back another 2 days to hear them say technician didn't complete paperwork so nothing is being done. I am then told I have an appt and no show, then I receive a call stated the part was ordered a week after the original tech showed up to look at it. Then I was told it would be 7-10 days before the part arrives and I should be contacted to install.....I have been without a fridge for 3 WEEKS and by the time it is done it will be 4 WEEKS....RIDICULOUS |
