That's 4 days of missed work due to absolute incompetence on their part. On top of that, when scheduling the 4th time the woman I spoke to Jessica was the rudest customer service rep Ive ever spoken to, telling me how I should rearrange my schedule to best fit their windows of which they missed by about 45 minutes one of the times they came all while sounding annoyed and superior. Horrible company, avoid at all costs. |

I was very impressed with their choice of music and the absolutely horrible customer service they offer. I will now call Albert Lee to cancel my extended warranty and work with an independent service. Congratulations to those who had a better experience, but really !! |
