| Tearsa Brannock | Excuse me for being rude as I wouldn't usually do this but I have been without a refrigerator for going on 3 months with Service Pros making numerous visits to repair while the father and son who come out spend their time arguing with one another. At this time the lack of knowledge or quality of time spent on trying to repair my fridge has been beyond extreme frustrating. Along with the fact that after speaking with the LG company they have financial taken advantage of me as well charging me 350. for a service call when other companies only charge 85. I guess I can only blame myself for not doing my homework when finding a repair company. I now know that I will not be calling these people ever again. |
