They were very polite, on time and answered all my questions very patiently. When the day finally came to put in the furnace, the arrived prepared with all the proper papers and permits. | John | I called MJM Mechanical to do a furnace maintenance on my home furnace. I spoke with Liz from the office and she gave me the relevant information including price and what would be done and we decided to move our service over to them from our previous company. When the tech come out, he informed me that the previous company we had been using in Columbia City was not even doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We was paying them almost twice what we paid MJM to do nothing and yet MJM came out, serviced the furnace for half the cost of the prior company and was nothing short of honest, up front and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Brandon came out as my tech, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with and he would be highly recommended also. |
