I have called several times in the middle of a project or machine malfunction and someone there will always come to the rescue. I took my 1977 Kenmore simple sewing machine to be cleaned and checked and it came back like new. I have purchased 3 machines there and am so happy with them. They offer classes for everything you can think of relating to any type of sewing, including helping you with any machine you may have. My girlfriend and I have shared some the the projects we have made with the girls. It's exciting to hear what they have to say. Honestly, for me there are not enough wonderful compliments to say about the Staff and Quality Sewing! |
