Since I was due for an oil change, I had them do that as well. Rick found the problem. He researched incidents of similar issues and discovered that it was common in states like Texas that experienced frequent flash floods. Sonora had recently experienced a flash flood and that allowed him to locate the problem. It was a filter in the rear differential that had filled with water when only air was supposed to pass through it. This is a highly unusual malfunction in California. He ordered the part and fixed the problem. Customer service is a high priority here and I highly recommend. |
