| Heather Danielle Taylor | If I could give it no stars I would. We have always went here for our appliance needs but will find somewhere else to go in the future after our last encounter. We purchased a part for our dryer and we ended up not using it because we got a new dryer, we brought the unused part back into the store and we're hoping to return it but did not have the receipt. We knew the employee that dealt with us would recognize us and would possibly refund us beings that it was clearly unused and in it's original packaging with their label on it. Now if he would have politely refused because of policy I wouldn't be on here telling this story but the guy was a complete jerk! Basically laughed at us and pretended not to remember us, then went further to say that the packaging didn't prove it was theirs and that because it was opened that it couldn't be returned with the receipt which was crazy since HE WAS THE ONE who cut open the packaging a couple of weeks before when we made the purchase! Anyways, I walked out feeling not only insulted but angry and will never go back to this place again. |
