Jaime Rogers | When I called some answered the phone by saying, "hello." that was it. I thought I was calling a business not someones personal cellphone. I had to ask if I had called Epic Appliance Repair to which the man responded, "yes," and that was all. I asked how much a service call was, he told me, then I asked to setup an appointment. When I asked if he had anything available for Friday, he said yes and I asked what times he told me anytime. I asked for a 4 pm appointment to which he responded, I can't give you an exact time so how about 4 or 5 pm? Now that would not have been a problem if he had not just told me he had any time available. I told him I changed my mind and ended the call. Due to the poor customer service I received I chose to use a different repair service at double the cost. Business owners, please practice good customer service skills and clear communication to attract the best and repeat customers. |
Joyce Ford | I called for repair and they came out diagnosed the problem. I wanted to make a claim from my home warranty but he took my money and I never received a receipt or any type of invoice to send in for the claim. I texted several times and only received excused. |
