| Scott S | 2 days before leaving for vacation our washer stopped working. We called the warranty company-Assurion who put us in touch with LG who sent out this company to diagnose and fix our washer. Ok Cool! The company was here for 5 minutes to diagnose and said they'd have to order the part and it would be 10 business days to receive the part. 10 days later we get a call saying the part was damaged and they had to reorder. I asked if they expedited it, and judging by the response they didn't. A week later the second part arrives and they call to schedule an appointment, did we get priority since waiting so long, NO. After waiting for our appointment they were a no show and rejecting our call back to LG. They won't answer the phone for us now either. Pick a different repair company unless you don't mind waiting a month for a repair. |
If I could give them a zero I would. My home warranty company 2-10 had them to come pick up my microwave for repair. They asked them to return it so they could get a second opinion. I have yet to receive my microwave back nor will they return my call or the home warranty company phone call. Please beware of this company. My next step is to report them to BBB. | |
| Demond Bagwell | Do not deal with these people scheduled for them to come out on a Monday they didn't show leave a note or nothing. Then rescheduled for them to come on Thursday they claimed they showed up which is a lie . So when I called to complain the the guy on the phone told they were sending back my part and not doing the job . Do not deal with these bums beware. |
