Chris Walker | Horrible experience. They said they would waive the 59 trip fee if I chose to get the work done through them. I did get the work done through them but they did not waive the trip fee. I called and they would not refund the 59. The worst part is how rude they were. The lady I spoke to said she was the manager but she could not waive the trip fee as she got aggressive saying I signed the work order stating it would would be 338. As I told her I didn't sign anything she became extremely upset and said I have the work order right in front of me and it clearly has your signature. I told her I also have that work order in front of me and that definitely isn't my signature so either someone forged it or perhaps my tenant signed it. She didn't have a response to that but she still would not waive it because they had a signed work order even though the price we agreed on over the phone was 279. |
Brad Gouveia | They are horrible. Took 2 days just to get an estimate out of them. That was with me calling each day. Took 2 weeks for parts again with me calling to find out what was going on. Otherwise who knows how long it would of took them to tell me it came in. The ladies that answer use the excuse that they are waiting on Denver or the tech or something else. Horrible do not use them. |
