| Bill Schratz jr | Beware of replacement warranty on products. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I BOUGHT THIS TOOL 11 months ago and the warranty for which I was told “anything goes wrong bring if back and we replace it”. Well that is a lie when I brought it back I was told to contact the manufacturer. Most Home Depot's have decent people working there. Allison Park is by far the worst store in the chain 3 different people told me 3 different things before I was so mad I left. They are rude, know absolutely nothing about their products and could care less about their customers. If there was negative stars I would be more accurate in my review. Go to Lowe's they care for their customers. |
