If you don't catch it, they'll silently withdraw the money from your account. When you finally realize what's happening, they won't refund the money. The warranty program covers all the appliances in your home. I rent everything but my washer and dryer! I could have purchased a new washer for what I paid this company. |
Staci Beane | Tried to get an appt for an emergency outage and it took almost 30 minutes of providing all my information before they ultimately said the first available appt is a week later!! It would have been nice to know of availability within the first 5 minutes of the call. Didn't need to take almost an half hour to determine they couldn't help. |

Tech spent five minutes at machine and confirmed bad motor and maybe transmission was out. .I Decided not to repair. Technician then went through a hurried presentation on a warranty program. Three months to try to repair a washing machine? No wonder why Sears is going out of business. I'm surprised it hasn't happened sooner. If giving a letter grade what's worse than F maybe Z? Stupid mistakes, robotic customer service, frustrating mis ordering, time wasting waiting. |
