| Francisco Rodriguez | If this rating system allowed me to give negative star ratings I would. The washing machine installed at my mom's home does not work and it leaks water. She is a senior citizen. What happened to the guarantee of workmanship? It is non-existent. My next step is to report JoAngel's business to the Better Business Bureau to red flag this business. In the mean time, my mom is stuck with dirty laundry and a leaking washing machine. I didn't mention that the handles to the hot and cold water pipers got broken after the machine was installed. Those did not get fixed either. |
