The technician cleaned mineral deposits out of the pump it worked again and then did not explain that our washing machine pump should probably be replaced. It quit working after only one load of clothes. We called them the next morning and they refused to help. Instead they said "we told you to replace the pump". They offered to replace the pump for the full price parts and labor, 260 after we already paid them 150 to clean the old pump less than 24 hours before. Very poor customer service. |
