Wow. I wished I would have seen the reviews before I hired their service. They are completely unprofessional by not providing prompt service, they do not answer calls or texting. they took my payment and never provided what I paid for...installed the wrong timer and now my dryer is worse than when I first called him. I bought a new one but he won't refund because “timer was already installed”. After seeing all these comments I think only way I will get refund is by taking matters further.

I did not want to have to leave this review but this business has been very unprofessional. Ignored phone calls, emails, and texts. Promises to come out but do not come out. Promises to return a phone call but do not return phone calls. Purchased a washing machine and dryer. The dryer broke down every 3 - 4 months since I purchased it. Company was not helpful even after trying to request them to come service it or even just give me a deal on another one. Which I should not have to do being that the dryer is less than a year old. I am very busy and with 4 kids I have been forced to air dry clothes over night just to keep up wit laundry. I have been very patient and kind. I do not know what else I can do at this point.

Didn't wanna leave this review but he just came over and half fixed our dryer the dryer went out again I texted him last night he didn't answer he charged us all that money n only tooked 15 minutes to fixed the dryer
