| shifu hao | My refrigerator stopped working right before Christmas, I call LG for repair. Major appliance took this job. They came to my house and figure out that the compressor was broken, but they don't have it in hand. They asked us to contact LG company to see if they can ship a new one to us, meanwhile Major appliance kept trying to find one as quick as possible. LG can not do anything on this.When we thought we might not have refrigerator to us for new year, a message followed by a phone call came in and informed us they received compressor and would come to have it replaced for us. It was about 6pm on 12/30. They came and replaced it quickly and carefully. And they even fixed minor issue on my refrigerator door when I just mentioned it. Now my refrigerator works very well. I strongly recommend these guys from Major Appliance for your any appliance issues. Thank you guys for your excellent job!!! |
