| Chris P | Marco was great! I called home today and told him I had a problem with my front load washer. It is shaking a lot and want sure if the issue. They were purchased slightly used so want sure if I just got sold something that needed repair. He explained for me to take a photo and send it to him which I did. Once he saw the photos he was able to diagnose using them and it was something simple I could do with no reason for him to come and charge me a fee. Honest, straight forward and definitely use him and pass his name on to people that are in need of appliance assistance. Hard to find good honest people glad I found him. 6 start customer service,!!! |
